Utilizing geological knowledge to find new discoveries in under-explored areas within Northwestern Ontario
Gallik Explorations is a geological consulting and junior mineral exploration company. Gallik Explorations currently has ~2000 hectares of properties and growing, located within mine-friendly districts within Northwestern Ontario.
New precious and base metal mineral discoveries are identified through preliminary grassroots exploration techniques and historical geological data compilations. The goal is to have properties at a near drill-ready stage before optioning to mineral exploration and mining companies.
Option: The Lavender Lake claim group consists of ~880 hectares hosting significant copper and gold mineralization within an interpreted 2.5km shear zone between intrusive gabbroic and extrusive mafic volcanic contacts. The shear zones are on the same trend as other significant historical showings/mines and is likely a secondary splay from a larger regional shear known as the Crowduck Lake-Witch Bay Shear Zone (also known as Gibi Lake Shear Zone).
Option: The Graphic Lake claim group consists of ~500 hectares hosting a ~5.5 km long by 300m wide beryl-bearing pegmatite group trending NE-SW. Elevated Lithium values in surrounding host rocks imply a possible larger rare-earth mineralized system.
Option: The Wabash Lake claim group consists of ~200 hectares of the highly prospective Marmion batholith and is proximal to several gold-silver occurrences.
The Terra Nova property is located north of the town of Atikokan in Northwestern Ontario. The property is ~620 hectares’ large and hosts entirely of the Marmion Batholith. The property is approximately 24 km south of Agnico Eagle’s Hammond Reef Project.
